About KEVIN SECONDS

Kevin Seconds is a pop troubadour with a protest singer's heart. Best known for his work in 7Seconds, the legendary American hardcore punk rock band he has led for over three decades, Kevin Seconds has spent the better part of 20 years morphing into a brilliant lo-fi home-recordist singer-songwriter. His songs are startlingly catchy and impeccably well-crafted.

Since 2008, Kevin has toured all over North America and Europe, playing with the likes of other great singer-songwriters with roots in the punk rock music world, including Chuck Ragan (Hot Water Music), Frank Turner, Tim Barry (Avail), Ben Nichols (Lucero), Kepi Ghoulie (Groovie Ghoulies), Jesse Michaels (Operation Ivy), Joey Cape (Lagwagon) and Jon Snodgrass (Drag The River). He's also played on bills with legendary punk bands such as Bad Brains, Bouncing Souls, Youth Brigade and Naked Raygun.

His upcoming full-length album, 'Don't Let Me Lose Ya', which will be released in early October 2012, on Asian Man Records. After it's release, Kevin will hit the road for another lengthy North American run (including an appearance at this year's Fest 11 in Gainesville, Florida), followed by a return trip to Europe, and his very first South American tour by year's end.
